You are also not able to host it with our company since we can only host domains that are registered with our company, or are brought to our company during the registration process by using the “Bring Your Own Domain” function. If we were to drop the only domain you currently have registered with us (#1.xxxxxxxxxxx.WS) your account would be canceled in full. It really is amazing how easy it is to setup a WordPress blog on GDI. The first Blog I installed was on Godaddy ..I had no idea how to create a blog …and had ZERO MySQL experience!!
HMM Yet another lesson …and a good reason to like GDI even more.

I have had a clickbank account for some time. A while back there was a sale resulting in a $50 commission. I thought ‘cool’ and continued to promote here and there. Later I checked in and noticed it was no longer $50 … it was dropping fast! … I looked into it and noticed they were deducting each month for “inactive fees” (up to $5.00) …. Hmmm .. so I lowered the payout to $10. ….No check now after a month …. now down to $37. Huh?! So I inquired and got this response…

Wednesday’s Quest for GDI premium Signups!
Had a look at the list of GDI premium winners … no one I know!
… Reworked a page and converted it so that it gave more info about the viral sales funnel I use to get GDI sign ups. … Do you know of any LONG term online marketers that DON’T maintain a list and use a sales funnel? Many are talking about going back to being a free member and don’t like the new payout plan. Looks like yet another item added to the to do list.

The basic how to setup a blog site on GDI is in place. I plan to more content later. I was reminded how cool the statpress plugin for wordpress is. It has my vote for best wordpress plugin!!

Friday night. Getting GDI signups. Interesting day with the social media side I use to get GDI signups with. You did get rewarded there with points for your activity …including connecting and posting. Points = money. 200points = a dollar. Now insted of earning then on your own … you rely on friends to ‘like’ your post. 1 like = 10 points. You need 20 likes for a dollar. you can give 10. Seems to me with a setup like that …fewer people are going to be able to get their 200 points per day. .. What if 1000 people had worked every day to get their 200 points with the old system … they would now need to get the likes of 20,000 other members right??? (1 vote each) ..how many votes would the 20,000 members need to get to all have 200 points?? Hmm … how many will be holding the bag? (will now paying the $25 membership fee) ….Continuing the quest for a better online business

Sunday Morning .. Another interesting day finding leads for Global Domains International. Again, I promote my online business through a social site that did pay you for everything that you did. Then they restructured the pay plan so that your pay would depend on the likes of others .. part way through Saturday they changed the system from ten likes to 50. So now the way I look at is I Use a like exchange to get leads for Global Domains International. The goal for the day is 200 points. Took me three times as long as normal.
Went back and setup the all in one SEO plugin for this wordpress blog. The main benefit of the plugin is it gives the search engines a better idea what this blog is about (meta description and keywords) Meta descriptions are pretty important for your GDI WordPress blogs …. I don’t think the keywords have much bearing. (they were misused in the passed …they say the search engines ignore them) The plugin has some other advanced features as well.
Noticed today that the links on the hubpages are nofollow. That’s a ripoff … just did an article that linked back to this blog. If I would have known that … I would have put it up at Ezine or Squidoo. (squidoo’s links are dofollow back to my blog about doing better business online and GDI)
Quest for premium GDI signups. Only managed to get 90 points on the social site today to use for building my online business. Did have one upgrade though. That’s worth a one time $15 bonus and $5 a month as long as they stay upgraded. Spent the morning working on an Ezine article about starting an online business. Was thinking a video would be a lot easier! But part of the reason for writing it is for the keywords. Need to get a little faster composing them. It should get reviewed and published in a couple of days. ….Just checked .. yup, they are still dofollow links!

I used her profile and what she was promoting to give an example of what her site could look like.

That’s the cool part. She really doesn’t need to learn anything!
My instructions: 1. come up with a name. I’d suggest something with “marketing” in it …maybe helpingmarketers ws or helping-marketers ws (or.com,net ..com is most respected ..cost more though) …….If you want to change your .ws name ….you must always have one that is active … simply buy another one and then delete the first.

Content and structure. ….I love it when google and yahoo send me people that are interested in what’s on my page! When I started .. I thought the more I added the better. Not the case … the search engines like unique and structure, eg home page about football ——>second page about teams —third page about players. have each page about that specific thing … and the search engines will love your site!
Home page .. Reword one of your profiles and pick a picture. (technically… every 4th word should be different from anything on the net) .. Only mention “marketing” a few times and your other two programs on the home page.
*Make a page for each program. Name the page the name of the program.(maybe with info at the end) eg: xxxxxxxx info …Done!! (note: we want search engine friendly urls … in settings —permalinks —-custom: /%category%/%postname% ….Also … unblock search engines on dashboard ..DONE!!
Go in every other day or so and post about that program on that page. Use the name of that program a couple of times in each post. Talk about new signups or marketing ideas .. whatever. This is new content. Search engines are always looking for new content about your programs and will send those looking for more information about your program to your site! (you don’t have to call it a blog .. some don’t know the diff) WHEW!! TAKES LONGER TO TYPE THESE INSTRUCTIONS THEN DO IT lol
Funny Thing ..Another day at my home office promoting Global Domains International. I had an ad on Oodle ..looking for individuals seeking a work at home position .. and I was sent a resume … He said he retired and was looking. I sent the GDI video invitation link. …After I got the notice he received the invitation, I sent a thank you for viewing my GDI presentation video. The response:

There are so many ways to promote GDI … I don’t know where to start.
It
usually comes down to what you don’t mind doing … consistently ..
day in and day out. (some people jump all over ..get zero results then give up)
Some like promoting the opportunity … others do better at promoting the services.
….Either way it’s difficult to get complete strangers to watch your video. (no matter what the
vedeo is about) That’s where consistency pays off!! It could be a daily “hi how are you” on
facebook or twitter … or the same ad over and over to the same crowd.
I don’t understand it myself .. but only about 10% of all the people we know are open to making
extra money at home! But they are the ones most likely to watch the movie. (the ones that know us)
The next step is to followup. Ask if they watched the movie. Pehaps tell them you want their opinion.
Tell them you noticed they didn’t sign up yet .. you must still have questions
Your Wordpres blog will help you earn a residual income as well. You can make a short entry
now and then about any topic you like and know a lot about. ..after a while search engines will send
traffic to your blog and it will gain value ….and you will end up with more people that know
like and trust you! The end result will be more signups and affiliate sales.
